1. Acceptance of Terms
By utilizing ifreead.com in any manner, you accept both the terms of use and our privacy policy which could be amended from time to time with or without notice to you.
Should you object to any term or condition of these Terms, any guideline, or any subsequent changes thereto or become unhappy with ifreead.com in any way, your only choice is to immediately discontinue use of the site. Your continued use of our service will signify your acceptance of the updated terms.
You understand and agree that you are solely responsible for reviewing these Terms from time to time.
You understand and agree that unless expressly stated, ifreead.com in no way controls, verifies or endorses any of the information contained on or in the Service including listings, links, messages, advertisements and reviews.
2. Content Policy
You understand that ifreead.com does not control, and is not responsible for listings, messages, comments, files, images, photos, video, sounds, or any other material made available through the website, and that by using the website, you may be exposed to Content that is offensive, indecent, inaccurate, misleading, or otherwise objectionable.
- You must list your items or services in the most appropriate category.
- You may not include any content or images in your listings that are obscene, offensive, harmful to minors, an invasion of privacy, or otherwise inappropriate.
- You may not offer any item for sale that is not in your possession, infringe any third-party right, be false or misleading; or that does not exist at the time of the listing.
- You are not permitted to send unsolicited email or messages to ifreead.com or any members of ifreead.
- Feedback left for another member with whom a transaction has been completed may not be profane or threatening in nature, nor should it pertain to any other matter other than the other member's participation and actions in a transaction.
ifreead.com reserves the right to remove Content without prior notice. ifreead.com will also terminate a user's access to its website, if they are determined to be a repeat infringer. A repeat infringer is a user who has been notified of infringing activity more than twice and/or has had a user submission removed from the website more than twice. ifreead.com reserves the right to decide whether Content is appropriate and complies with these Terms for violations other than copyright infringement and violations of intellectual property law, such as, but not limited to, pornography, obscene or defamatory material, or excessive length. ifreead.com may remove such Content and/or terminate a user's access for uploading such material in violation of these Terms at any time, without prior notice and at its sole discretion.
3. Fees and Services.
Membership on ifreed.com is free. There's no charge to browse, make offers, or buy items and services on ifreed.com.
However, sellers pay fees to list and sell items and services. When you post a listing on ifreed.com, you will have an opportunity to review and accept fees for our services before you are billed. All fees are quoted in U.S. Dollars. You are responsible for paying all applicable fees associated with using our service. Our fees are non-refundable.
4.User Conduct:
You agree to not use the Service to:
- Upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available any Content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortious, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable.
- Harm minors in any way.
- Transmits or posts any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, "spam," junk mail, "chain letters," "pyramid schemes," etc.
- Upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available any Content that infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright or other proprietary rights ("Rights") of any party.
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers or networks connected to the Service, or disobey any requirements, procedures, policies or regulations of networks connected to the Service.
- Provide material support or resources (or to conceal or disguise the nature, location, source, or ownership of material support or resources) to any organization(s) designated by the United States government as a foreign terrorist organization pursuant to section 219 of the Immigration and Nationality Act.
- "Stalk" or otherwise harass anyone.
- Encourages conduct that could constitute a criminal offense, gives rise to civil liability or otherwise violates any applicable local, state, national or international law or regulation.
5. Indemnification.
You hereby agree to indemnify and hold us harmless, our subsidiaries, affiliates, related parties, officers, directors, employees, agents, independent contractors, advertisers, partners, and co-branders from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorney's fees, that may be made by any third party, that is due to or arising out of your conduct or connection with this web site or service, your provision of Content, your violation of this Terms of Use or any other violation of the rights of another person or party.
6. Limitations of Liability
YOU EXPRESSLY UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT IFREEAD SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INDICENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSS (EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES), RESULTING FROM OR ARISING OUT OF (I) THE USE OF OR THE INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, (II) THE COST TO OBTAIN SUBSTITUTE GOODS AND/OR SERVICES RESULTING FROM ANY TRANSACTION ENTERED INTO ON THROUGH THE SERVICE, (III) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR ALTERATION OF YOUR DATA TRANSMISSIONS, (IV) STATEMENTS OR CONDUCT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SERVICE, OR (V) ANY OTHER MATTER RELATING TO THE SERVICE.
YOU SPECIFICALLY ACKNOWLEDGE THAT IFREEAD SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR USER SUBMISSIONS OR THE DEFAMATORY, OFFENSIVE, OR ILLEGAL CONDUCT OF ANY THIRD PARTY AND THAT THE RISK OF HARM OR DAMAGE FROM THE FOREGOING RESTS ENTIRELY WITH YOU.
IFREEAD is controlled and offered by IFREEAD from its facilities in the United States of America. IFREEAD makes no representations that the IFREEAD Website is appropriate or available for use in other locations. Those who access or use the IFREEAD Website from other jurisdictions do so at their own volition and are responsible for compliance with local law.
7. Termination
You agree that Ifreead.com in its sole discretion and without prior notice, has the right (but not the obligation) to delete or deactivate your account, block your email or IP address, or otherwise terminate your access to or use of the Site (or any part thereof), immediately, and remove and discard any Content within the Site, for any reason, including, without limitation, if Oodle believes that you have acted inconsistently with these Terms. Further, you agree that Oodle shall not be liable to you or any third-party for any termination of your access to the Site. Further, you agree not to attempt to use the Site or the Service after said termination.
