Refund Policy

Eligibility

✅ Refundable Items: Unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items with original tags and packaging.
❌ Non-Refundable Items: Sale items, underwear, swimwear (for hygiene reasons), and accessories marked "Final Sale."

Timeframe

🔹 Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.
🔹 Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days (depending on your bank/payment method).

How to Request a Refund

    • Product photos (for verification)

    • Reason for return

  2. We’ll send a return label and instructions (if applicable).

  3. Once received and inspected, your refund will be issued.
